Just wanted to say thank you for all your help arranging my daughter's 21st at the Establishment last Saturday. As a result she had a wonderful night (and as a consequence) so did her dad and I so thanks for all your efforts and the Manager Sam was great on the night and had some great advice for us previous to the event, the venue was superb, food was great and hopefully the crowd wasn't too hard to manage.
Please give my (and her father's) thanks for everyone's help for Allie to have such a lovely night.

We had an amazing night thank you very much. Everything went down really well. Your staff we're fantastic too, I've worked hospo and I know good people when I see them. Your Bar Manager was especially helpful with keeping the timing right and letting us know when the tab had run out etc etc. The food was good, and the mashed potato fritter things were an epic win for me, glad I chose steak. I would like to congratulate you and your staff on providing customers with what I saw on both Friday and Saturday was an exceptional service. The bar was always clean and customers were greeted and served promptly and staff seemed to enjoy themselves, which I believe is essential when running a bar / night club venue.
From the personal perspective I must commend and compliment the young lady that kept the JD on the rocks coming and looking after the old man at the end of the bar on Friday. Furthering that compliment is that not only did she remember me on Saturday and said hello but remembered what I had and I happily continued enjoying the service, music and the atmosphere till the early hours on a Sunday, thank you all for making my first NZ experience great.
Now if I was a less of a prude I would have known the young ladies first name but since I do not, she will remain nameless for the time being, hoping she will in her style remember who wrote this message.

A special mention must go to Scott, who was awesome to deal with all the way through the night and the young lady behind the bar (who's name escapes me, sorry), who was not only stunning to look at, but had a very professional manor about her, especially whilst having to put up with some of our guys antics!

Salmonella DubliNZ Touch Rugby
Salmonella DubliNZ is a Social Touch Rugby team which plays in the Wellington ‘Mixed’ Comp (what better way to spend the beautiful summer evenings we have in the capital?!). We are a very social team, with a unique team spirit, where the emphasis is more on the after match functions, but in saying that we do pride ourselves on being somewhat competitive week in and week out.
The founding club, Salmonella DubLIN was formed in Dublin, Ireland in 2007, when a group of ex-pat NZers formed a touch team to play in the local competition (as you do). The clubs name was a play on words of the famous NZ band, Salmonella Dub (I hope they don’t mind).
Since 2007, team members from the original Dublin team have moved to other parts of the world (some are still in Dublin and keeping the traditions firmly alive), including NZ, which was a great fit with the clubs global strategy. The club also has a team in London, Salmonella DubLON and has plans for teams in Australia (Salmonella DubBO) and Asia (name TBC).
The clubs colours are brown with a splash of mustard yellow. The brown represents the team’s workman like etiquette (i.e. lack of actual skills and pace) and the colour was chosen to represent the attitude of the classic All Blacks ‘Dirt Tracker’ touring teams of years gone by.
Thanks to D4 and The Establishment for their support and we look forward to continuing to drown our sorrows and ease the pain to our aging bodies in the future.
WellingtonGAA
We are Wellington and Hutt Valley GAA club. Our mission is to become New Zealand's leading Irish cultural and sporting body and we are well on the way to achieving this goal. When kiwis and ex-pats think of sporting success, cultural enjoyment and a 'can-do' attitude to life, they think of Wellington and Hutt Valley GAA club.
We will achieve this goal through playing with, working with and having fun with our core family of players, administrators, sponsors and supporters.
Kia Ora Netball Club
The Kia Ora Club is very friendly and social, and we pride ourselves in supporting each other, while developing great netball skills for individuals at all levels.
We cater for all players from serious to those returning to netball, or who have never played before. We love the game of netball and pass that onto all our members. There is no segregation between our top and bottom teams.
We have many social activities during the year, pre-season – during the season – and an end of season trip away.
We are Proudly Sponsored by The Establishment Courtenay Place and hold monthly club nights there.
Our club is based at the Hataitai Netball courts.
St Mary's Old Girls Netball Club
SMOG is one of Wellington's oldest netball clubs, with teams ranging from Premier 1 through to Senior grades. We provide a supportive and fun environment for enthusiastic netball players of all standards, with a focus also on attracting and retaining Wellington's finest netball talent.
Karori Cricket Club
Karori Cricket Club was established in 1880 and has been a leading club in the local cricket competitions ever since.
The club's senior side competes in the Pearce Cup competition and it has six other senior teams in various grades, along with a large number of junior teams. The club has contributed a number of Wellington and New Zealand representatives such as Mike Curtis, Richard Petrie and Evan Gray.
Bands and Performers
The Noodles
The Noodles are Wellington's busiest professional cover band, playing 4-6 nights a week in Wellington's top nightspots. Their repertoire ranges from classic rock through to contemporary - from the 1960's 'till today.
The Noodles are available to perform at corporate and private functions and have been the highlight of many business functions, 21sts, balls, and weddings throughout New Zealand.

Supermodel
Formed in 2006 and collectively lead by the clear-voiced, half-showtune/half-crooner informed vocal delivery of their charismatic lead singer/songwriter Mark Hanify, Supermodel is the most invigorating new melodic rock act to emerge out of Wellington, New Zealand in recent times.
